The concrete has been poured and framing has begun on this addition.

Framing the garage.
Where the exterior brick wall was we have added flashing and drainage to prevent water from entering the house.
The vaulted ceiling is being framed.
The garage has both levels and waterproofing on the roof in preparation for shingle.
The roof is being put on and next will be waterproofing then shingles.
The subfloor is being laid over the floor system between levels.
The exterior of the new addition is getting sheathing. The walls will be ready for hardie board next. The men are working on framing the fireplace.
The chimney is all framed and sheathed.
