Creating a Home vol 122

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The shower tile is all in earth tones with a matching accent band and the seat in the corner offers extra standing room.
The master bedroom features a bank of large windows with transoms above.
The study features reclaimed barnwood on the walls with an arched stone accent area for artwork.

The hallway in the walkout basement between the bedrooms features wainscoting from floor to ceiling and cast iron sconces to light the way.
The ceiling beams in white oat are yet another feature in the walkout basement. The patio is reached through these gorgeous double french doors beneath an arched transom window.
The wine room is climate controlled and features dark display racks as well as storage beneath.

The basement bath features a dual sink vanity in white shaker cabinetry with a dark granite top. The bumped out center is a great design element to include.
The basement bath features a tile shower with a sliding glass door that has barn door style hardware.
