Creating a Home vol 99

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

This home features a concrete path down to the dock, a lovely way to get down to the water.
A custom fire pit with stone surround is a wonderful feature to add to your lake homes back yard.
The rear of this home shows the fabulous windows, open deck and pergola patio. With the landscaping accented with stone walls.
To access the fire pit a stairway of stone steps has been created.
The front of this home has a mixture of lap siding and stone all accented with cedar crows feet and white columns.
This pop out window is an architectural feature accented with stone, cedar shutters and a metal roof extension.
This garage floor has an epoxy coat to seal it and it finished in a speckled gray.
This charming built-in is right inside the mudroom from the garage, the herringbone shiplap wall gives it a designer finish while offering the perfect spot to hang your coat.
The double deck dock makes for a fantastic place to enjoy the lake from. It offer both sun and shade with plenty of space for people and boats or other lake toys.
This tub shower combo is tiled with subway tile and has an accent band at the top in a matching taupe tile. The fixtures are finished in satin silver and the wide shower head is a fantastic luxury.
This hexagon tile in multi natural tones is fabulous. It adds a modern appeal to the home.
The great room has a vaulted ceiling accented with dark beams and a modern spherical light fixture. It’s both modern and rustic combined in a charming design.
