Creating a Home vol 92

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The creative use of space beneath the stairwell is fabulous with this shelving.
The wet bar in the basement features a full size refrigerator beautiful dark wood cabinetry topped with granite.
The wet bar has a deep sink, brushed nickle faucet and a subway tile backsplash with an oval tile accent band.
The shower looks clean lined and charming with subway tile accented with a penny tile band.
The niche in the shower also features the penny tile.
The deck offers a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the lake view. It has cast iron railings and pickets.
The screened-in porch is framed with cedar, which looks gorgeous against the gray of the home.
The rear patio has cedar columns and offers a lovely shaded spot to entertain in.
This lake view is just divine.
The home has all the lovely large windows to enjoy the view and let in lots of natural light. The gray with white trim for the exterior is a gorgeous combination.
The entry porch is covered by a roof extension with cedar wood work.
This home has a two bay garage attached to the home. The perfect place to store your lake toys.
