Creating a Home vol 89

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The foyer features an entry door with three rectangular glass panels with inset wood panels below and is flanked by matching side lights.
The cast iron chandelier hangs from a vaulted ceiling in the foyer.
The stairwell to the basement is open and lit with natural light and has wood railings with cast iron pickets.
The living area has double french glass doors that open onto the deck.
The stone fireplace is flanked by built-ins that are a dark wood, matching the mantle.
The stacked ledge stone on the fireplace goes all the way up to the ceiling and has a thick rustic mantle.
The kitchen island has rustic pendant lights suspended above while the rest of the kitchen has recessed lighting as well as some above the window.
The dining room is bright and spacious offering views to the rest of the home as well as out onto the lake.
The island has glass doors on some of the cabinetry and wooden on others. They’re all a light grey that adds a bit of contrast to the white in the rest of the kitchen.
The kitchen cabinetry is a recessed shaker style in white with stainless steel appliances.
The upper cabinets are topped by a double stacked crown molding that carries all the way to the ceiling.
The dining room is spacious enough to allow for a sideboard on two sides of the large table.
