Creating a Home vol 86

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

This fireplace features beautiful stacked stonework and a thick beam style mantle.
The living room has access to the deck via the glass french doors and the view is spectacular.
This kitchen features peppercorn cabinetry, topped by granite, stainless steel appliances and a decorative tile backsplash.
The dining room is open to the kitchen and living area but surrounded by windows to let in all the natural light and has access to the screened-in porch.
The island has a dark T&G back that matches the cabinetry and the granite is a light mottled gray.
The foyer features a lovely dark stained entry door with 6 small windows on top, gorgeous crown molding and leads into this wonderful open concept home.
The built-ins flanking the fireplace match the dark stain of the kitchen cabinetry and offer fantastic storage.
The screened-in porch has dark stained thick beam style posts and railings with iron pickets in front of the screens.
The screened-in porch features a stonework fireplace with a rustic beam mantle. The hearth is rounded.
The porch has a wonderful view of the lack to make is the perfect place to relax.
The kitchen island has a large bank of drawers to give great storage.
This wine and coffee bar is the perfect compliment to the rest of the kitchen. It features the same dark cabinetry, granite and tile backsplash.
