Creating a Home vol 121

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The master bath has beautiful large windows to let in natural light, a deep free standing tub with a roman faucet and a glass enclosed shower.
The master shower has a rain shower head in oil rubbed bronze on the T&G ceiling.
The master shower has two other faucets in addition to the rain head. The drain channel has the floor tile angled that direction for better water drainage. The gray stone tile is lovely with the glass enclosure.
The posts on the staircase are a rich oak stained in a medium brown with cast iron pickets.
The walk out basement features a wet bar with an island in white cabinetry topped with an oak countertop.
The wet bar has gorgeous white oak wood details above the cabinetry and the floating shelves featured LED rope lighting.
The lighting is both can lights and cast iron chandeliers. The overall look is sophisticated rustic.
The entertainment area in the walk out basement features white oak beams, wainscoting on the walls and sconces mounted with framed mirrors.
The gym has mirrors on all the walls trimmed with white oak, a durable rubber floor and features both a tv and speakers for all your workout entertainment and guidance.
The ceiling of the gym has a coiffured pattern in white oak.
The hallways in this home has white oak and wainscoting topped by a chair rail.
The basement shower features gray stone tile, oil rubbed bronze faucets and a barn door style glass door.
