Creating a Home vol 114

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

This is stained concrete often used in basements. The color variations are lovely and make for an easy to care for flooring.
This stone fireplace meets the vaulted ceiling at an angle. The effect is intriguing and draws the eye upwards. The think rustic mantle adds yet another layer of design to the room.
This kitchen features white wall cabinets accents with a large island in contracting slate cabinets. The glass doors on the side are a built-in china display cabinet.
The transition from vaulted ceiling with beams to stained T&G on a flat ceiling adds a great design element to this home.
This shower/tub is tiled with white subway tile and has modern faucets in a square style.
This floor is a mix of gray and white brick tile laid out in a herringbone pattern.
The master bath ceiling is reclaimed barn wood in a variety of finishes. It’s beautiful.
The hallway has natural wood wainscoting, it truly adds that cabin charm.
A spacious screened-in porch is the perfect place to enjoy the lake from.
This open deck has many french doors leading into the house so every room has direct access.
The screened-in porch is spacious enough for both a sitting area and a dining area.
The living room has a feature wall of T&G laid in a diagonal point.
