Creating a Home vol 105

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The front landscaping is lovely and the gray siding trimmed with white looks very inviting.
The carport and front porch have these beautiful cedar posts and black cast iron lights to give a rustic appeal to the home.
The carport has a stained T&G ceiling that matches the porch.
The carriage lights add even more style to the exterior of this home.
The landscaping includes a stone pathway to the outdoor shower.
For those balmy nights or just to enjoy the fire this stone fire-pit offers a great spot to relax.
The path to the dock is poured concrete providing a smooth ride on the golf cart.
The large screened-in porch affords the home owners a great space to enjoy the view and outdoor living.
The stone paths all around the home make a great design element as well as looking fabulous.
These granite slab steps will never need to be replaced and look gorgeous with the large river rocks.
This bathroom features an oval mirror on pivots for all heights to enjoy.
A close up of lovely crown molding detail.
