Creating a Home vol 104

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The rear of this home as seen from the lake side. The stone based columns, large windows and screened-in porch add an inviting warmth to the design.
The stone siding has been extended to include small walls and bases for the exterior lighting.
These granite and slate stone steps are gorgeous and make the pathway a charming one to the lake.
The gray siding and cedar garage doors are a lovely combination on this home.
This upstairs bedroom features shiplap on the eaves and ceiling.
The home office upstairs is both cozy and private.
The dark 2 panel arched style door looks very charming with the white walls.
Opening up this stairway and putting in the railing has really made the space feel more open as well as providing more light into the stair well.
The finished basement offers a great gaming space to entertain in.
These hardwood floors are a beautiful golden hue and the white trim on the baseboards are a perfect compliment.
We added a corner closet to make this into a full bedroom. It’s a clever use of space and provides storage.
This walk in shower has creamy veined dark beige tiles, oil rubbed bronze fixtures and a swinging glass door also trimmed in oil rubbed bronze.
