This addition has been slowed down by the massive amount of rain. We have gotten some progress. Demolition of cement block walls and framing for the new walls. Burying the new gas tank and getting the poured walls back-filled with gravel to allow for proper drainage once the slabs are poured. 

The new addition is coming along nicely.

We’ve got insulation, board & batton siding and stone work going on for this home currently.

We’ve got a new home addition that we’re starting. Come checkout the early preparations.

This home is getting electrical, plumbing and gas lines all run. More cedar shake, siding and board & batton siding are being installed. The pool is receiving attention as well.

The finished look.

We’ve got roofing and shingles going on, the exterior is getting both cedar shake and board and baton siding as well as the exterior glass doors getting installed. Beams for the porch and basement have been put in along with the fireplace too.

The addition has gotten a barnwood ceiling in the master bath, a vanity, mirror and lights as well. Shiplap has gone up on walls and the entry door has been painted. The hallway wainscoting has been completed. Other details like the faucets and door hardware have gotten completed also.
