We’ve finished this home and now the charming house has been given over to the owners to enjoy. Here are the final photos.

The front of the home has charming siding painted in sunny yellow with white trim.
This tub/shower has beautiful veined travertine tile with an accent band and oil rubbed bronze fixtures.
The vanity lights are a rustic iron with oval shades to match the shower fixtures.
The dining room is open to the kitchen and has this gorgeous tile inset on the floor to define the space in a beautiful manner.
The kitchen has rich dark cabinetry, warm granite countertops and a playful tile backsplash.
This photo gives a closer view of the tile backsplash. The pattern and colors draw the eye.
The open concept leads into the living room from the dining room and the vaulted ceiling adds a spacious feeling to everything.
The living room features a beautiful stacked stone fireplace with a rustic mantle.
The living room has a whole wall of windows to look out and enjoy the view from.
The master bath features a tiled shower with a glass door. The tile is veined travertine in beige tones and the accent band has multiple brown tones to compliment it. The fixtures are oil rubbed bronze.
This closer view shows the tile details in the niche that is bisected by the accent band.
The open deck wraps the rear of the house. It’s spacious and perfect for enjoying the open air.
The patio has shade from above, detailed wooden columns and the light fixtures are cast iron to continue the rustic theme.
The rear of the home is also painted sunny yellow with white trim. The deck has wooden and cast iron railings. The whole home feels cheerful and welcoming.
