A brand new home is being custom built by Phillips Brothers Contracting, Inc on Lake Hartwell. This blog will show you the beginning all the way until the end.

The site has been prepped and the footing have boon poured for this brand new home on Lake Hartwell.

The wall forms are erected in preparation for pouring the concrete walls that will support the home and protect it from where the earth will touch them.

These are the poured walls of concrete after the forms have been removed.

The rough plumbing has been installed and the concrete slab poured to form the base for the house to be built upon.

Framing has been ongoing and all the walls are framed out. The roof is about to go on and we’ve got the shape of the home for you to see.

The roof is now on and we’re installing the windows and doors. This beautiful home is becoming a lovely place to live in.

The windows and doors have been installed and the hardie board siding is being installed.

The interior has been being finished as well. The drywall has been hung, mudded and taped all in preparation for the base coat of primer followed by the finishing paint.
