This is a new home that we’ve just begun. We’ve cleared the lot, excavated the basement, poured footings and walls, gotten rough plumbing, poured the slab foundation and started framing.

The lot has been cleared of trees and shrubs where we’re going to build.
The basement area has been excavated and compacted.
These are the footings for the home. The mark the footprint that it makes.
The poured walls are in and waterproofed. We’ve also got the rough plumbing in place.
The guys are pouring the slab foundation.
The basement is being framed on the cured concrete.
The floor system is being installed on top of the basement framing for the main level of the home.
The main level is being framed out.
