Creating a Home vol 95

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

This spacious screened-in porch has thick cedar posts with cast iron pickets for a rustic look.
The screen door is cedar to match the posts on the screened-in porch.
The landscaping with the path down to the dock is done with a gentle slope.
The living room is open to the foyer and the kitchen for a spacious floor plan.
The screened-in porch has a gorgeous fireplace with stacked stone, a beam style mantle and tv for entertaining.
The screened-in porch features vaulted T&G ceilings.
The grill deck is open and connects to the screened-in porch through the lovely cedar screen door.
The wooden railings are stained to match the cedar posts and have cast iron pickets.
The back patio is spacious enough to host a hot tub in addition to the seating area.
The walkway is done in flagstone surrounded by river rocks.
The rear exterior of the home showcases the screened-in porch with all the lovely cedar.
The front of the house with the attached double bay garage has both stone and siding on this lovely house.
