Creating a Home vol 87

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

A beautiful custom built bench with storage right inside the home from the garage.
The hooks are the perfect spot for jackets, backpacks or life vests.
The walk out basement features a spacious entertainment area and great access to the patio and lake.
The entertainment area also features a wet bar. It has dark wooden cabinetry all trimmed with crown molding, wine storage, stainless steel appliances and speckled granite countertops.
The walk out basement has a stained concrete floor and clever shades on the french door and window.
The stairwell has oak stair treads with painted risers, a matching handrail and shelf.
This gorgeous kitchen has a patterned tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, speckled granite countertops and dark wooden cabinetry topped with crown molding.
The deck is stained dark to match the house trim and features thick posts to add a rustic charm to the railings.
The concrete pathway to the dock makes the landscape flow very smoothly and makes accessing the dock very easy.
The deck has room to grill and entertain all while enjoying the view of the lake.
The patio off the walk out basement affords a spot to enjoy the view tucked away in the shade.
What lake home is complete without an outdoor shower, well certainly not this one. The even have hooks for towels.
