Creating a Home vol 84

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

A lovely dock on Lake Hartwell with a cover and a bright path down to it.
This home features a large deck off the back over a patio from the walk out basement.
Lovely landscaping with the shrubs and rocks to help with erosion and water drainage.
The screened-in deck above is the perfect spot to enjoy the lake view and have a breeze from the fans.
The grilling pad is another great spot to enjoy the view and being outdoors.
The patio off the walk out basement has great access to the home and the lake but offers you a beautifully shaded space to relax in.
The lawn affords a lovely space for games and relaxation. The lake view is beautiful.
The thick wood railings and spindle pickets are a very craftsman touch and add a lasting design element to the home.
These cedar stained steps lead down to the concrete path on the way down to the dock. They’re a great part of the landscaping too.
Another great craftsman touch are these charming slate stone steps leading to the front entry of the home.
The front porch is a lovely deck stained a cedar brown. The color looks charming with the darker grey of the siding.
This home features a crows foot wooden timber design on the side, that is a very craftsman element.
