Creating a Home vol 80

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The open concept home has a spacious dining area with a wonderful view out to the lake and a vaulted ceiling that’s accented by the large windows.

The kitchen is also open to the great room and dining room, the white shaker cabinetry is both classic and elegant.

The kitchen features white shaker cabinetry, white granite countertops and oil rubbed bronze hardware.

The island has peppercorn cabinetry to accent the white elsewhere. It’s also in the shaker style and topped with white granite.

The stainless steel appliances are perfect with the white cabinetry and the backsplash in the tumbled stone looks lovely against the white granite countertops.

The stair wall features lovely wainscoting that accents the wall and the dark wooden stairs.

The entry door is a dark stained hardwood topped with a 3/4 glass pane in a six window design.

The great room features a stone fireplace and gorgeous hardwood floors.

The loft above shares the vaulted ceiling from the great room and the height is accented by the chains for the pendant lights over the island in the kitchen.

The kitchen as viewed from the living room, it has the white shaker cabinetry on the walls and dark peppercorn cabinetry on the island. It’s all tied together with the white granite countertops and the oil rubbed bronze knobs and pulls that also match the lighting and faucet.

The dining area is spacious and welcoming with a rustic charm added by the light fixture.

The entry way is framed by simple trim work that blends well with the wainscoting that accents the stairwell leading to the loft.
