Creating a Home vol 69

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

A welcoming front porch with the wood work and slate. The double arched doors are very charming.

The exterior is a mix of hardi siding painted gray with white trim, lightly stained wood work and stone.

The stone columns and walls both define the space and add a glamorous design element.

The front porch is spacious and detailed with a T&G ceiling, the dark windows and door accented with the white trim in addition to the stone work.

A fabulous boat house with a deck on top to enjoy with family and friends.

The rear of the house features fantastic landscaping leading up to the back patio.

The boat house has board and baton siding with over hangs held up by cornices to give it a grand appearance.

The deck of the boat house has a wood and steel wire railing for a modern twist.

The grill area has lovely slate stone work.

The deck on top of the boat house is a wonderful space to enjoy the lake and all it has to offer. The lighting and fans make it a perfect space for both daytime and evenings.
