Creating a Home vol 109

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The farm house style of this vanity adds a warmth to the master bath. It’s got both open shelving, drawers and doors. Great storage space.
The waterfall tile that continues onto the floor is gorgeous.
The oval mirrors on pivots are great for people of all heights as well as stylish.
The tray ceiling is detailed with shiplap.
The hardwood flooring is a gorgeous warm tone.
Wainscoting wraps the room and adds an elevated element to the space.
The stairwell is detailed with shiplap that adds yet another dimension tot he design of the home.
This built-in bench offers both seating and storage in the loft.
Looking out to the vaulted ceiling from the loft the beam work is dramatic and lovely.
The subway tile in this shower has an accent band in earth tones.
The view from the loft really shows off the stairwell leading to the basement and the loft itself. The dark toned stair treads with the white is a great look.
The kitchen columns are trimmed to match the stairwell.
