This addition is being framed, having windows and doors installed, the HVAC installed and the soffit being added to the roof tie-ins.

The interior framing is coming along and the ceiling will have a vault as you can see here.
The exterior framing has sheathing beginning.
The front porch framing is coming along nicely as well.
The interior fireplace framing is almost complete and they’re working on the roof tie-in.
The new windows are being installed in this photo.
The doors are also being installed.
We’ve got HVAC being installed so that it can be inspected before the insulation and drywall go up.
The exterior fireplace is all framed and sheathed.
