Creating a Home vol 119

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The deck railings are cast iron and accent the posts beautifully. The lake view is gorgeous and these railings let you see right through them.
This circular chandelier is black iron and looks fabulous with the beams and T&G on the ceiling.
All white oak beams are beautiful and a bit rustic on the ceiling of the dining and kitchen area.
The open doorway from the foyer into the great room is framed with white oak.
The hallway looks fantastic and unique with the doorways and ceiling being accented by white oak beams.
The walls in the bathroom are T&G and the furniture style vanity with the raised bowl and wall mounted faucet give a farm house appeal to the room.
The office has a lovely built-in desk that features lots of storage and a wooden top.
This barn door is a light tone to match all the beams and affords the office privacy when it’s desired.
The foyer features a smaller chandelier on the T&G ceiling with T&G on the walls as well.
This cast iron chandelier hangs above the stairwell leading to the basement. The style is both rustic and modern.
This wall sconce is along the walls of the hallway and reflects a similar rustic yet modern style.
The doorways being framed in white oak throughout the house bring a warm rustic appeal to the home.
