The exterior framing is wrapping up and the roof is ready to get waterproofing and shingles.
Windows are being installed in the new walls.
The interior walls are all framed and ready for electrical and plumbing to be run before insulation goes in.
Shingles are being installed on the new roof.
The roof is complete and in this shot you can see where a window has been relocated for the addition.
The upstairs framing is complete and this room is ready for the fireplace to be installed.
The fireplace is being installed and will receive the exterior facing and mantle next.
The exterior is now receiving lap siding. It will be painted for a fresh and matching look for the whole home.
