Creating a Home vol 108

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The Porch features vaulted ceilings that have T&G stained a rich dark espresso.
The barn door style design on the swing adds a slight farm house design element.
The loft above the kitchen has wood railings with iron pickets. The view is charming.
This chandelier adds a more modern design to the farm house charm of this home.
The free standing cast iron tub in the master bath invites a long soak.
The master bath features two vanities that have white cabinetry, a creamy veined white granite and shiplap on the walls.
The walk in tile shower has travertine in soft beige.
The guest shower features a pebble tile accent band in a waterfall design.
The master bedroom has double french doors leading out to the porch where the gorgeous swing hangs.
The wet bar in the walk out basement has the same white cabinetry as the kitchen above with mirrored subway tile for the backsplash.
The hardwood throughout the home is a beautiful medium brown that offers a rich base for the whole home.
The walkout basement has a great view out to the lake from the french doors and windows.
