Creating a Home vol 102

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

This entertainment bar is a fantastic feature to the walk out basement. Spacious and beautifully designed.
All the walls have white wainscoting that adds a prestigious feel to the space.
The granite bar top is held up with corbels that match the gray cabinetry.
The gray cabinetry, dark granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make this a modern aesthetic.
Above the sink is a wine glass rack to show off your glassware.
The light fixtures are both modern and rustic for a great feature.
The walk out basement features wainscoting surrounding the room that elevates the whole space.
The stone fireplace features a rustic iron banded thick beam style mantle for even more of the rustic appeal.
The wine room has both hooks and cabinet storage for all different styles of wine bottles.
The chandelier in the wine room is gorgeous with the antique glass and black iron .
The bathroom door is a barn door with a dark stain to accent the rustic elements of the room.
The back patio features a stone fireplace with a large hearth and acid stained concrete.
