Creating a Home vol 82

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The shower floor tile is a pebble mosaic in beige with the seat matching.

The walk out basement features a wonderful entertainment area that has lots of natural light and a lake view.

The wet bar features dark cabinetry, a dark granite countertop, an oil rubbed bronze faucet and a stainless steel beverage refrigerator.

The karaoke machine ensures many of fun hours of entertainment on the beautiful acid stained concrete floor in the walk out basement.

A charming T&G accent wall with hooks for storing all your necessary things right inside the door.

The screened-in porch has a stone fireplace with a rustic wood mantle.

The stone fireplace continues to the T&G ceiling and makes the screened-in porch into an all-weather space.

The screened-in porch features great all-weather furniture for everyone to relax on.

The back wall has cedar shake that’s been painted a slate gray to accent the rest of the space.

The T&G vaulted ceiling is gorgeous with the honey stain

The deck has a cedar stain with wood and cast iron railings. It’s a great spot to enjoy the lake view from.

The stairs have matching wood and cast iron railings. This style is very craftsman.
