Creating a Home vol 43

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

A lovely craftsman with great details in the stonework and wood trim.

A beautifully stained T&G ceiling with wood beams and skylights.

The windows all have a transom above that lets in extra natural light and adds an architectural detail.

The T&G is accented with crown molding.

The doorway and window trim match the crown molding.

A square coffered ceiling is featured in the great room.

The stone fireplace has a white mantle and built-ins flanking it.

A rectangular coffered ceiling adds a grand feeling to the master bedroom.

The tile surround for the tub has a geometric design.

The kitchen has cabinetry with a honey spice finish, granite countertops, pendant lights and a fan to keep the heat away.

The kitchen cabinets are set at varying heights to give more dimension to the design.

The granite for the raised bar is supported by corbels.
