We've dug up more rock than expected so the grading and digging of the basement has taken longer than initially scheduled.

The wall forms were put into place and the concrete poured into them creating foundation walls for the basement.

You can see the poured walls and foundation allset. The rough in plumbing is set in place and all backfilling is just about complete. 

This home's story has hit a slight bump, we found boulders.
